This will help you to increase your productivity next day because you feel more relaxed and refreshed.

2.Wake up and start early

In order to increase your productivity, you need to wake up and start your day early. Because early morning contains the golden hours, where a human body feels most energetic and ready to do anything without any stress. You can use this time for thinking, planning, and executing your work. The more time you take to think and plan your work better organize you be in every area of your life.

In the biography of most successful men and women, there is one thing in common that they plan their day in advance and waking up early to start their day. Most of them start their day at 5am or 5:30am so that they have more time to think and plan for themselves. As a result, these people are always more effective rather than who sleep in until the last possible moment.

3.Know your internal prime time

Internal prime time in a day is the time where you body feels most alert and most productive. In order to increase your productivity, you need to organize your work in such a way that you are doing your most important or most difficult work in your internal prime time.

For most people the internal prime time of high performance is in the morning after resting the whole night, for some people it may be the night where nobody distracts them or it may be in the evening for some people.

So it is important for you to aware about your internal prime time where you function at your best to schedule your most important projects in order to increase your productivity. Your most important work usually require that you are at your very best, but if you are not using your internal prime for your most important tasks then you cannot become productive in your life.
