Why I Quit Blogging in Last Year

The Internet is the biggest thing of the past decade. When I first use the internet in 2008 I got addicted to it. During these years I learned lots of thing on the internet but totally ignored my health. I spent most of my time sitting in front of the computer and all my biological clock get disturbed. I never thought even in dreams that health is an issue in such a young age.

Due to more sitting and less physical activities, all my joins get stiffed and I fell into a disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis. The disease becomes so serious that walking a single step or even sleeping at night becomes difficult. Then I ate lots of modern medicines but not helping that much. So I turned to yoga and pranayama which completely changed my life. Then I start using the internet for health topics learn lots of things and start applying that knowledge in my life. Now I am much better and improving day by day.

What I Have Learned

Yoga, exercises, pranayama, eating good food taking proper sleep are some of the factors which are really important to maintain a good health. But people do not know all this basic information about health and this is the sad part. In our education system, we are not taught about health and that knowledge is very important in today’s polluted world.

Many people are suffering health issue these days. Because we don’t know or even forgot our basis of an ideal lifestyle. Majority of us don’t exercise ate junk food and wakes up late at night which is not good for the human body.

I have learned many things about health so I also start writing about health now onwards. I make sure that whatever I know I share with you because suffering is a very sad part of life. You also deserve to have a good health because with a healthy body and mind you can achieve anything in life. So start taking care of your health if you want to live a happy and successful life in the future
